Fireweed Collective Society
The Fireweed Collective Society is a feminist, not-for-profit society dedicated primarily to providing services to women and children seeking shelter, both through the Fireweed Safe House (low-barrier transition house) and Second Stage Housing (Linda's Place). The Executive Director is responsible for:

- contract management
- personnel supervision
- budgeting and financial management
- policy maintenance and development
- Board of Directors operations

Successful candidate must have a client centred, feminist understanding of women's issues, as well as an understanding of the intergenerational impacts of trauma, and the impacts of colonial policies on First Nations people. Completion of post-secondary studies in social services or related fields. Transition house experience preferred.
