The position of Snowsports School Adult Centre Manager is responsible for the operation & product delivery of the Snowsports School Adult Department.
-Manage the recruitment and selection of the Instructors for the Adult Centre and scheduling staff.
-Manage the induction of the Instructors including : pre arrival communication, administration of contracts for Adult and Adventure Centres, signing off training and readiness checklist
-Design, develop and deliver (inconjuction with Snowsports School Adventure Centre Manager and Technical Director) the Induction Training Program for Instructors.
-Manage the development and growth of the Instructors to meet business and personal needs. ?Lead & manage Snowsports Scheduling Team towards achieving operational excellence and the high quality delivery of products and services to our guests, with the right Insructors on the right lessons at the right time, ensuring that the schedule correctly reflects the Instructor work load then used for Advanced Tracker.

-Design, develop and deliver (in conjunction with the Snowsports School Adventure Centre Manager) an Incentive and Reward Package designed to drive both Group Lesson and Private Lesson Business that operates within the Wage to Revenue target of 58%.
-Develop (in conjunction with Resort Services Director) and directly manage 217 & 263 Business Plan (budget, KPIs & metrics, reporting).
-Develop a process to obtain regular feedback following daily lessons and during programs, review feedback weekly and implement an action plan to address shortfalls and optimize strengths in conjunction with Adventure Centre Manager and Technical Director.
-Ensure that staff training and leadership places the Guest Experience at the fore front of lesson delivery.
-Implement a culture of continuous improvement and feedback to ensure that lesson delivery meets the needs and expectation of our customers

-Four years previous experience as a manager in a similar position
-Successful track record in the tourism/service industry
-Unparalleled customer service and staff motivation skills
-Clean BC Drivers License
